The English language has played a big role in my life.  After completing the International Baccalaureate as a teen, I moved to the UK to pursue my studies. I spent the next 8 years in England. I worked in publishing and education, all while writing as a freelance author, in various cities.

 

Nowadays, I'm back in the Netherlands, and work in communications for higher education. Outside of my day job, I practise my love for language by producing educational content for young people, in the hopes that they will enjoy the English language as much as I do.
